She led portfolio integration and monetization efforts for 14 acquisitions, launched GenAI solutions contributing to double-digit revenue growth, and revamped product development operations. Prior to Medallia, Heather held senior product leadership roles at Twilio and Wells Fargo, leading GTM strategy, pricing, and product operations for $B+ portfolios. She began his career in strategy consulting at Oliver Wyman and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
